Key Skills & Qualifications
• Professional hairstyling certification from a recognized cosmetology school or training academy.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in women’s precision or short haircut styling.
• Expert knowledge of face shapes and how to tailor pixie cuts to flatter different features.
• Strong texturizing, razor cutting, and clipper-over-comb skills.
• Proficiency in styling finishes — soft, edgy, or modern pixie looks using blow dryers, flat irons, and styling products.
• Ability to advise clients on maintenance, styling tips, and product recommendations.
• Attention to detail and a minimalist, refined aesthetic suited for boutique salons.
• Excellent client communication and consultation skills.
• Clean, punctual, and fashion-forward personal presentation.

Barber Requirements

Key Skills & Qualifications
• Professional barbering certification or license.
• 3+ years’ hands-on experience in men’s grooming and modern barbering techniques.
• Mastery in fades, tapers, undercuts, and razor detailing.
• Beard grooming and shaping expertise.
• Skilled in clipper and scissor-over-comb techniques.
• Knowledge of hair textures (especially Afro and mixed textures).
• Ability to deliver clean, fast, and consistent cuts while maintaining quality.
• Good client service attitude — polite, confident, and personable.
• High hygiene and station organization standards.

Bonus Skills
• Experience with women’s short cuts and androgynous styles.
• Familiarity with skincare and scalp treatments.
