3. Product Use: We use professional, salon-grade products (including Mizani). However, we are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to any product used during or after your service.
4. Service Limitations: We reserve the right to decline services that may cause damage to the hair or scalp, or that fall outside our scope of expertise.
5. Aftercare: Clients are expected to follow professional aftercare instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by poor maintenance or third-party handling after services are rendered.
6. Prices & Estimates: All service prices listed are “starting from” amounts as displayed on our booking app.
   Final pricing may vary depending on:

   Clients will be informed of final prices before services begin.
7. Bookings & Cancellations: All appointments must be confirmed in advance. Late arrivals, no-shows, or cancellations without proper notice may result in extra charges or forfeiture of deposits.
8. Respect & Conduct: We uphold a culture of respect, kindness, and professionalism. Verbal abuse, harassment, or rude behavior from either party will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate termination of services or refusal of future bookings.
